Die Bioresonanztherapie ist in der Naturheilkunde eine anerkannte Therapiemethode, jedoch schulmedizinisch nicht anerkannt. Dieser Therapieform wird nach der Meinung der Schulmedizin keinerlei Heilungswirkung zuerkannt. Nach höchstrichterlicher Rechtsprechung (vergleiche z.B. Entscheidung des BGH vom 06.02.2013 - I ZR 62/11) kann eine Heilwirkung nur angenommen werden, wenn diese im Rahmen einer sogenannten randomisierten, placebokontrollierten Doppelblindstudie mit einer adäquaten statistischen Auswertung nachgewiesen wurde. Ob Patienten nach Anwendung der Therapie subjektiv eine Linderung oder Heilung verspüren, ist für die Annahme einer Heilwirkung nach höchstrichterlicher Rechtsprechung unerheblich. Da für unsere Produkte eine randomisierte, placebokontrollierte Doppelblindstudie mit einer adäquaten statistischen Auswertung noch nicht durchgeführt worden ist, darf eine Werbung für unsere Produkte nur erfolgen, wenn auf, wie vorstehend erfolgt, eine fehlende Heilwirkung ausdrücklich hingewiesen wird. The bioresonance therapy is a recognized therapy method in naturopathy, but not recognized by orthodox medicine. According to the opinion of orthodox medicine, this form of therapy has no healing effect. According to supreme court rulings (compare, for example, the decision of the Federal Court of Justice of February 6, 2013 - I ZR 62/11), a healing effect can only be assumed if this has been proven within the framework of a so-called randomized, placebo-controlled double-blind study with an adequate statistical evaluation. Whether patients subjectively experience relief or healing after application of the therapy is irrelevant for the assumption of a healing effect according to supreme court rulings. Since a randomized, placebo-controlled double-blind study with an adequate statistical evaluation has not yet been conducted for our products, our products may only be advertised if the lack of a healing effect is expressly referred to, as stated above.
